The Village Bunaken features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in Bunaken. With a terrace, the property also has a restaurant, as well as a bar. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable with a nice bed, bathroom, etc. Our hostess was great and attentive to everyone's needs. The reef right out in front has some fantastic coral. Our excursions were great and so many snorkeling and dive spots nearby. This area is a great value. They do a super job keeping the grounds clean and tidy. The food was good. I would come here again for sure.

We loved our stay at Kuda Laut on Siladen Island. The location for snorkeling is top-notch, as you can swim right off of the beach into water with beautiful thriving coral gardens. We saw more species of coral and fish than we have anywhere else, as 97% of Bunaken Marine Park is underwater. The resort is into sustainability and gives you a free cup of coffee if you collect a bag of plastic. We enjoyed playing pool at the outdoor pool table, as well as long walks around the island. When it is low tide, one can walk all the way around the entire island. A short walk to a nearby pier provides you with a gorgeous sunset every evening. We would absolutely love to come back to Kuda Laut one day.

Set in Bunaken, 1 km from Pangalisang Beach, Bunaken 18 Diving Resort and Cafe offers air-conditioned accommodation and a terrace. Nice and entirely clean room with AC and hot water. At the beach. Beautiful coral reef is close and hence accessible by swimming. I saw there big turtles, a lot of colorful fish and coral, and even one lionfish. The owner can also arrange boat tours for snorkeling or diving, as well as transport to Manado. Staff was very kind and helpful, especially Nita. The food was good too.

Man and Vicky and Avon are great instructors and turned us into muck diving enthusiast.

Where do I start ……it’s family owned, it’s fabulous location , kind and friendly staff , fresh and delicious food , beautifully built traditional wooden accommodation, transfers to and from the airport were impeccable, on time and safe, and lastly on the edge of a jungle but fantastic Wi-Fi reception.

Carolin was the most amazing person. I really appreciated how they upgraded us when I got the booking wrong, and booked one less night so kind and the villa is incredible. We also loved the visit to Tangkoko which my husband did twice. This is easy to organise, and the wildlife and the photos my husband took were incredible.

Everything is perfect. When you are in the pool they rush to bring you a nice cold ice tea. Food is amazing, they even served eclaires as a dessert :). Big Cottage has a great view, very nice balcony. They wash everything for you, they give you hot towels and cookies after a dive, they have danish pastry, great homemade ice cream, there is a JBL music box in the room, and yes a nice bar.
