Incredible complex resort, cute spots and superb pools and panoramic views! Incredible staff. We were granted free room upgrade which we appreciated and enjoy! Regret we cannot extend our stay here, as we have our flight back home.

Our stay at Kastara Resort was absolutely fantastic—truly a memorable experience from start to finish. Although we didn’t have the chance to try the spa (we were always out exploring!), we are confident it would have been amazing based on the quality of everything else. The service was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Their hospitality made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the suites with an outdoor hot tub, and it was absolutely incredible. Soaking in the hot tub while enjoying the stunning views of the jungle was like a dream come true. The infinity pool was equally breathtaking—a perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. The cleanliness of the resort was unmatched; everything was spotless, and we’ve honestly never experienced such meticulous attention to detail in a property. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal we had at the resort was excellent, and we loved that we didn’t need to go anywhere else to enjoy high-quality dining. The live music in the evenings added such a lovely atmosphere to our dining experiences. It’s rare to find a place where everything exceeds expectations, but Kastara Resort truly deserves its 5-star rating and more. In terms of location, it couldn’t have been better. The resort is a peaceful haven away from the chaotic center of Ubud, yet still close enough to explore. It’s about a 35-minute walk to the center, which was perfect for us as we could avoid the traffic while enjoying the serenity of the surrounding jungle. It also served as the perfect base for exploring Ubud and its beautiful surroundings. Without a doubt, Kastara Resort is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. If you’re visiting Ubud, this is the place to go—you won’t regret it. We’re already dreaming of coming back someday! Francesca, Vincenzo and baby Elia from Italy!

Located in Nusa Dua, 2.6 km from Nusa Dua Beach, Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Absolutely everything!!! I could not recommend this hotel highly enough! Beautiful spacious rooms perfectly decorated. Amazing pools. Outstanding staff (at reception, pool area, restaurants…) Fabulous breakfast and a top quality selection of different types of food in their 3 restaurants. Great cocktails at the pool bar. Seriously great value for money. We’d certainly go back!

Amazing location. 24 hour Circle K literally opposite. All the good clubs walking distance. Very close to Seminyak Beach. It was very clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast options were great. Room was cleaned on time daily. Great laundry service. Would 100% stay here again

The impeccable service and friendliness of the staff. It will certainly be a hotel to repeat on my next getaway do Bali to rest.
