They did take care of everything and read the notes i left on booking.com. They prepared the room for my husband’s birthday, they celebrated with a cake when we were at the restaurant for lunch. They were kind, helpful, housekeeping visited our room twice a day. Each meal was fresh. The pool was so good. When you have a bike it is close to everywhere but still 15min from center.

Delicious food, daily activities, amazing spa and beauty services. Top it up with exceptional staff ever wishing to please - it would be unfair to name a few of the staff members for their efforts because each and every one of the 60+ staff are wonderful. Keep up the great work. Definitely would return if in the area.
