There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. There is a children's playground and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Lola was an amazing lodge for a family stay. Very spacious and huge amounts of storage which is always a plus when travelling with little ones! Each room had a TV and there were lots of DVDs for the kids to watch which they loved. We managed to connect to Netflix in the living room with ease and whilst we were warned the Wi-Fi may not be the best, we had no problems at all. The whole place was well equipped with everything you may need and lots of extra touches. The outside area was nice and had a good view. The walk to the main site was lovely along the river and only about 5 minutes up the road. Nathalie the host was lovely and very informative. Phoned us on arrival to make sure all was ok and shared top tips which was very kind. You can tell a lot of care and love has went into setting up this lodge and it made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend!!

The units at the resort come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchen, a dining area and a shared bathroom with free toiletries, a shower and a hairdryer. All rooms feature bed linen. Lodge was excellent, just as all of the reviews mentioned. in an excellent position. I needed a chilled couple of days & this ticked all of the boxes. I ended up staying an extra night.

The Blue Bell is a genuine museum piece - an eighteenth century coaching in on the Great North Road. It's charming, but it's not a Premier Inn built twenty years ago and refurbished twice since.. it's a survivor, with more character than luxury.
Comfort and luxury of room and the decor. The adjustable mood lighting.
The pottery room was very nice. I loved the open shower with large head. Also the room was big and roomy. I also loved the food on offer especially the Thai food. I had chicken and egg noodles one day and spicy wings. The staff throughout my stay were friendly and pleasant with outstanding service.
A little bit of luxury, gorgeous surroundings, fabulous staff who went the extra mile.

Being on my own I felt safe and secure Convenient to have the cafe on site but also the Craster Arms within walking distance for dinner Room clean and location so convenient for beach and so central to other coastal resorts
Stuart was the perfect host, ever helpful but not intrusive. The property is newly renovated to a high standard with tasteful furnishings. We very much so enjoyed or stay there. It was the luxury needed after coming off the Spine race
Clean, cosy and comfortable with everything we needed and more. The owner gave very informative welcome information. Otters Retreat has the best plot on the site, we loved the location. Hot tub was cleaned and was an added luxury. Great base for exploring with Alnwick and the coastal routes only a short drive. I will recommend.
Beautiful, peaceful location. Lodge was lovely and staff at the golf resort clubhouse and reception were very friendly and helpful. Booking was easy and owners helpful.
