Kurula's Resort er staðsett í Pyhätunturi, 18 km frá Amethyst-námunni og býður upp á gistirými með sameiginlegri setustofu, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. The place was absolutely stunning. The views with the tree and frozen lake in the background were unbeatable. Big place with a nice sauna. Great price.would highly recommend to all.

This is truly one of the most amazing hotels that we have ever stayed at. Everything was so well thought out, the staff was super friendly and our stay was absolutely magical.

Northern Lights Village Levi er staðsett í Sirkka og býður upp á garð. Meðal fjölbreyttrar aðstöðu er verönd og bar. Gistirýmið er með sólarhringsmóttöku. The view and the glass igloo are perfect, and the food is nice! We saw aurora during our stay.

Reindeer Manor s is located at an old reindeer farm in the vicinity of Levi Resort. Guests can enjoy traditional Lappish delicacies in the on-site restaurant, which is open from November to March. AMAZING great staff, such a family feel. Really feel like you are in forest but also still connected to whatever you may need. We got so lucky to see the northern lights both nights that we were there and it was amazing to lay in bed and watch them all night. Hut itself was very clean, warm, had everything you need, best place I have ever stayed!

Located within Santa Claus Village, Glass Resort is set in Rovaniemi. All apartments comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, sauna and a private outdoor hot tub. Everything was amazing: location, services, staff. The resort is beautifully sitting in the middle of the forest. Sitting in a hot tub surounded by trees and snow was experience for a lifetime.

Aurora Village Ivalo is situated in Ivalo and offers cabins with a glass roof, offering the possibility to spot the Northern Lights from the bed. Just an amazing place to discover the beauty of Lapland! The property is surrounded by nature, and you can experience a true Winter Wonderland walking through the woods. The property organizes daily activities like chasing northern lights, feeding reindeers, ice fishing, snowmobile and many others. Two saunas are also available and everything is easily bookable, and they also offer some equipment for free (skis, winter suits, boots, slates etc.) The on-site restaurants offers a high-quality daily menu with three courses for dinner, included with the half board, and gluten-free options are available and safe together with other dietary restrictions, as the staff was well aware. Shuttle service is great to easily reach the property, and Ivalo is a 30 mins walk away. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the igloos are super cozy. Reindeers are a great plus, just out of your door! You can experience the northern lights if the sky is clear and there is activity.

Set in Saariselkä, Northern Lights Village Saariselkä features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. The property has its own reindeer paddock, where guests are welcome to watch and pet the reindeer. The location is ideal for those who want a bit of exclusivity and privacy as it is across the road from the other buildings and ski resort in Saariselkä. They had plenty of glass igloos with a total of 80! The glass igloos were fantastic!! It wasn't big but it was very functional and had just the right space. We had a kid with us so they opened to sofa into an extra bed and we had 3 full sized luggage. Even then, we were able to comfortably open at least 2 luggage (cos we didn't need to open the third) and everyone still had space to walk around comfortably. The glass was equipped with laser heaters which melted the snow very easily. The staff were really friendly and engaged us everywhere we went. Even when we were just strolling near the reindeers farm, they readily chatted with us explaining the history and importance of reindeer to the Sami people. As the weather was too cold for us, we eventually snuck indoors at the main building and we were soon very busy having fun playing Shuffleboard until dinner was served. We had half board and a fabulous dinner with a amazing spread kept us full. Unfortunately we had transport arranged the next day at 7am but the staff obliged by helping us to pack breakfast bags for our next leg. The glass igloo were also all equipped with Aurora Alarm which did go off around 2330 Hrs and I probably caught the slightest glimpse of it from my phone camera in night mode. It was a very low level according to various websites.

We loved every minute of our stay. Feeding the reindeer & playing in the snow were the highlights for the children. The wood-fired hot tub was awesome too!

Þetta gistirými í finnska Lapplandi opnaði í desember 2012 og er staðsett í Ranua-villidýragarði, í 5 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá miðbæ Ranua. We wanted to visit Ranua wildlife park to see Finnish animals and found it very easy to book an overnight stay in Villa Gulo Gulo. This included a free buffet breakfast as well as access to the wildlife park for 2 consecutive days for the price of one. We went on the afternoon on day of arrival and again the next morning, and saw all the animals over the two days. We stayed in Ahma which was perfect for a family of 5, and had excellent facilities, including a nice sauna, wood-fired heater and particularly nice lighting. We also booked an experience via Villa Gulo Gulo and went on an Aurora hunt by snowmobile at night. The warm clothing provided is a must as the temperatures are well below freezing and the wind chill factor is significant. Our Spanish tour guide was friendly and informative and we enjoyed hot Glögi and toasted marshmallows by a fire in the wilderness. Seeing the snow-laden trees at night was a special experience and this tour exceeded our expectations, even though we did not see the Aurora on the tour (due to cloudy weather). We would highly recommend staying at Villa Gulo Gulo with a family.
