Very helpful and courteous staff, super clean and super convenient location.

We loved our stay at Alpen Resort & Spa! Thanks for the upgrade to a room with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn! We really enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool and all the other spa facilities as well. The hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants in Zermatt. Accommodating staff. Afternoon cake and tea. We could use the spa during our last day as well which was very convenient as our train back was leaving in the evening.
We were doing Haute Route, and this was a night of luxury for us. Superb room, shower and absolutely fantastic pizza and breakfast too. Convenient to trek as well.
Great location, oozing luxury
Far surpassed our expectations on every single level. Exceptional from start to finish. Refreshingly laid back yet highly effective staff revealed their confidence in their offer. I feel that this hotel should reach others. This is how to strike the balance between excellence and warmth, between value for money and luxury. Well done Landhause. We will be back.
Resort La Ginabelle has great facilities - we loved the jacuzzi, “chill out” rooms and pool. The breakfast here is one of the best in all of Switzerland - amazing and delicious selection of food (and an omelet station!) The staff are also very friendly and attentive.
Loved the location, and they had the comfiest pillows and bed! Kitchen facilities were great! The shower had really nice pressure and heat! Loved that you could do a spa day at the big sister hotel Alpen resort for 20 CHF each was worth it
Cervo is stylish, modern and cozy resort for a vacation in Zermatt. Everything is impeccable and well-equipped, but in a casual and new luxury sort of way. The location is so easy to get to with the elevator, making it an ideal place for a ski-in, ski-out vacation. Truly loved it! I would recommend this place to anyone.
