We didn’t understand how the air conditioner worked so we called the front desk and they were able to correct it for us. We will definitely stay here again!

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Everything from the staff to the accommodation itself. We had the majestic view of the Matterhorn from our family room.

Boasting a lift, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. This 4-star apartment offers private entrance. We enjoyed very much staying in Montela Apartments. The apartment was super cozy, well equipped and smelled really good. Also very convenient location. Thumbs up also for the friendly staff.

All units at the resort are equipped with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. The rooms include a desk. The hotel is nicely situated in the Rhine valley. The prices in the restaurant are reasonable. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to a meeting when I stayed at the hotel. Fortunately ample restaurants are reachable on foot are after a short drive. The staff was very friendly. the breakfast wasn’t extraordinary, but all products were fresh and the coffee was excellent.
