SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort is set in Sooke, 23 km from Sooke Region Museum & Visitor Centre and 3 km from East Sooke Park. Free WiFi is available. All rooms in the resort offer a sea view. The location, on a cliff facing the Strait of Juan de Fuca, was fantastic. The cottage itself was very modern, well-equipped for cooking, immaculate with a great shower and deep bathtub. Even in November, the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors are worth throwing open to see, hear and feel the sea air and waves directly below. Hummingbirds visited each day. Everything was very high quality and the staff in reception was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were straight-forward.

Oyster Bay Resort is located in Oyster Bay. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Oyster Bay Shoreline Park is 5 minutes’ walk away. Proprietor was wonderful, allowed a 1 hour late check out for we bikers to minimize the amount of time biking in the rain.

This Tofino oceanfront resort is just steps from surfing access in the winter and skimboarding and paddleboarding in the summer. Free WiFi is included, and most accommodations feature a flat-screen... The staff were unbelievably accommodating, and the facility was a really cool spot. If you enjoy surfacing or the beach it's the place to be. There is a small cafe with coffee and quick food plus a BBQ restaurant and bar on the property. Next door there is a spa and sauna.

Rathtrevor Beach is 5 minutes’ walk from this Parksville resort. An indoor swimming pool and spa and wellness facilities are featured on site. All units are equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette. The staff was very nice and made our 26th anniversary ❤ very special for us. Massage therapists were amazing, front desk staff were great and the Cedar Lounge servers were fantastic.
