Very good location. (stayed for 3 nights) The renovation is normal, no frills. I was not very interested in luxury comfort, since my goal was to see the waterfall and relax. Everything you need is in the room. air conditioning, clean bed linen, towels, hot/cold water (everything you need for life). Also a pleasant surprise was the pool, it is quite normal for swimming and relaxing without leaving the hotel grounds. Very good staff. For this price, this is a very good motel. Thank you.

The resort was amazing from check-in to check out. Clean, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Waterpark was clean, safe, well staffed, and fun. The rooms were great, large, and clean. I would definitely recommend 💯.

The Resort was perfect for me and my husband. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary, and I wanted to do something special for my husband because he really doesn’t take time off from work unless I plan it.

Best thing was the staff, Tina, Jackie and Viky made our stay very comfortable. They offer outstanding service. Room had an excellent location and views.

The hotel has strong attractions of casino and resort. You may enjoy exciting various casino games at a huge clean safe game room, which is not my enjoyment, though. The hotel has wide free parking lot, which I used. The staff is generally friendly and supportive. The neighborhood is safe and this hotel is a walking or driving distance to the Niagara Falls and downtown. It has a beautiful view from my room. I think this is quite a convenient hotel.

Spacious room, 15 min walk to the fall and less than 10 min to skylon. Clean. Doesn’t give a luxury feel but for 4star hotel it was great.

The breakfast was continental so just coffee and muffins etc with some cereal and toast but it was free. We booked long ago for the eclipse and got a great rate per room which they honored no problem. Some people at other resorts were not so lucky. Room was clean and well kept. The breakfast room was a bit small but it was a huge occasion so no rooms left even.

The architecture is something I rarely comment on but this resort has beauty that was clearly very thoughtfully done. The rooms are updated and comfortable and I love the convenience of the location

That it was not overcrowded.Even on March break, when it was at full capacity there were still available spots in aqua Park. Also everything you need is located there. No need to leave the resort.

I don't know why this motel has such a low rating, I think it's unfair. Often tourists expect from a cheap, simple and cozy place to stay at least the luxury level of an all inclusive hotel in Cancun. This motel has everything you need for a traveler: comfortable rooms with microwaves, fast internet, comfortable beds, polite staff. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Niagala Falls, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Let's add free parking for guests, which saves you a lot of hassle in this tourist city.
