The water park was soo much fun! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and it is so much fun for the whole family! Oh and of course I loved the meal coupons, such an amazing price!!! It is so nice not to have to cook! The food was delicious and I just overall enjoyed the quality time the lodge helps to foster with your loved ones! With the craziness families go through all year long, a trip to the lodge is definitely a way to slow down and spend quality time together!

Awesome stay, great location surrounded by vineyards affording peace and quiet. Had all the necessary items for a pleasant stay we even had a firepit with the wood included. The reception office has some basic essential items for sale such as firewood, snacks, drinks and so on. There's no laundry inside the unit but there's a laundry room in a common area steps from the property. The property attendant was super helpful and friendly.

The hotel is luxury stay with best bed and pillows. Requested high floor with garden view and we got one. Room was serviced everyday and every hotel staff smiled and greeted. Best place to stay if visiting Niagara on the Lake.

Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. We did have two dinners and they were great
Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
It was a great location, first time at a Sheraton, it was a nice place , room was ok bathroom a bit small and could been cleaner , breakfast buffet i find expensive at $30.00 and $45.00 for parking and a resort fee even if it’s not much it’s not Vegas . The store is expensive as well2 litres of water for $17.00! I get it it’s the location ,
The staff was really nice all of them very friendly and helpful.
Very good location. (stayed for 3 nights)
The renovation is normal, no frills. I was not very interested in luxury comfort, since my goal was to see the waterfall and relax.
Everything you need is in the room. air conditioning, clean bed linen, towels, hot/cold water (everything you need for life).
Also a pleasant surprise was the pool, it is quite normal for swimming and relaxing without leaving the hotel grounds.
Very good staff.
For this price, this is a very good motel.
Thank you.
The resort was amazing from check-in to check out. Clean, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Waterpark was clean, safe, well staffed, and fun. The rooms were great, large, and clean. I would definitely recommend 💯.
Debra Kostuk was superb. She showed us other rooms for a future stay. She along with Greg helped to recommend such great things to do, as well as being very warm and friendly to the 4 of us. Also, Sim and David were always welcoming. All were attentive, always. We travel to Europe and use many hotels and I highly recommend this property. Everything was great. I put this in a class like the Enchantment Resort in Sedona. Your staff made our stay excellent .
Best thing was the staff, Tina, Jackie and Viky made our stay very comfortable. They offer outstanding service. Room had an excellent location and views.
I was surprised at how clean the water park was, especially with so many people! The resort is catered to kids of all sizes and ages, which makes it great for a family with kids from 18 months up to 15. The staff are lovely people, also a surprise when it comes to most of the water park being kids themselves!
From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was enveloped in an ambiance of luxury and warmth. The staff's attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring every need was anticipated and met with grace. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort, with plush furnishings and thoughtful amenities. Every meal was a culinary delight, offering a tantalizing array of flavors to savor.
Clean rooms , staff is helpful. Nice breakfast in good price of room. “Ll come back .
I don't know why this motel has such a low rating, I think it's unfair. Often tourists expect from a cheap, simple and cozy place to stay at least the luxury level of an all inclusive hotel in Cancun. This motel has everything you need for a traveler: comfortable rooms with microwaves, fast internet, comfortable beds, polite staff. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Niagala Falls, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Let's add free parking for guests, which saves you a lot of hassle in this tourist city.
