Situated in a luxurious lush green get away, the White Oaks Conference & Resort Spa leaves an incredible first and last impression for my group of friends and I. Amazing staff at the resort and even more amazing amenities attached! Kudos to our server, Emily who helped make our birthday dining experience at Play Bar and grill unforgettable! The fitness facilities are a dream made in heaven and although we did not try them out ourselves, they effortlessly seem to cater excellently to the fitness fanatics. My friend is still in awe from her coconut wrap treatment!

It was a great location, first time at a Sheraton, it was a nice place , room was ok bathroom a bit small and could been cleaner , breakfast buffet i find expensive at $30.00 and $45.00 for parking and a resort fee even if it’s not much it’s not Vegas . The store is expensive as well2 litres of water for $17.00! I get it it’s the location , The staff was really nice all of them very friendly and helpful.

Very good location. (stayed for 3 nights) The renovation is normal, no frills. I was not very interested in luxury comfort, since my goal was to see the waterfall and relax. Everything you need is in the room. air conditioning, clean bed linen, towels, hot/cold water (everything you need for life). Also a pleasant surprise was the pool, it is quite normal for swimming and relaxing without leaving the hotel grounds. Very good staff. For this price, this is a very good motel. Thank you.

Pricing is fair as there is no resort fee and parking fee at this point of time but if it changes

Debra Kostuk was superb. She showed us other rooms for a future stay. She along with Greg helped to recommend such great things to do, as well as being very warm and friendly to the 4 of us. Also, Sim and David were always welcoming. All were attentive, always. We travel to Europe and use many hotels and I highly recommend this property. Everything was great. I put this in a class like the Enchantment Resort in Sedona. Your staff made our stay excellent .

I was surprised at how clean the water park was, especially with so many people! The resort is catered to kids of all sizes and ages, which makes it great for a family with kids from 18 months up to 15. The staff are lovely people, also a surprise when it comes to most of the water park being kids themselves!

Spacious room, 15 min walk to the fall and less than 10 min to skylon. Clean. Doesn’t give a luxury feel but for 4star hotel it was great.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was enveloped in an ambiance of luxury and warmth. The staff's attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring every need was anticipated and met with grace. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort, with plush furnishings and thoughtful amenities. Every meal was a culinary delight, offering a tantalizing array of flavors to savor. Clean rooms , staff is helpful. Nice breakfast in good price of room. “Ll come back .

I don't know why this motel has such a low rating, I think it's unfair. Often tourists expect from a cheap, simple and cozy place to stay at least the luxury level of an all inclusive hotel in Cancun. This motel has everything you need for a traveler: comfortable rooms with microwaves, fast internet, comfortable beds, polite staff. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Niagala Falls, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Let's add free parking for guests, which saves you a lot of hassle in this tourist city.
