The staff was great Though there were a lot of people in the reception due to check in, the staff was very kind and very professional. The check in was surprisingly fast and . One of the rooms was not ready, due to a late checkout of the resident, but The stuff was very helpful and did fast arrangements, so we could get the room in less then an hour of our check-in. Since it was on of two rooms we ordered, we just organized in the second room while the room was prepared. Also , we were with two more families in the hotel, and asked that we all be in the same floor. The staff had made all the arrangements to keep with our request. For conclusion I can say that the overall experience of the Melia Sunny Beach hotel is excellent. A great place for families.

The rooms were comfortable, the facilities are nice, the food is good for all inclusive and there are plenty of options. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. We also received a champagne and some candy as a gift in our room.

The hotel is on the 1st line, the beach is right there in front of the entrance, with sun baths available for the good price. Amazing restaurant and cocktail bar. Underground parking included for free, which was a great advantage, considering the hot summer sun. You can easily spend a week there not leaving the territory, enjoying the sea, the beach and local food. The hosts are simply unmatched. We were welcomed at the doors of the complex, they helped to park the car, explained about the facilities in the complex and the apartment, gave the advices what to visit nearby. Overall very helpful, polite and friendly, responding on WhatsApp within minutes. After the first night, we found that some facilities in the apartment were not particularly convenient for us (sofa was too small for sleeping, no microwave). So we've asked if there was a chance to switch the apartment. Not only they responded immediately to our request, but all further communication was done on the highest professional level of hospitality - "Don't worry about anything, we would find the apartments that will fit your needs, your comfort is our priority". These exact words. Ultimately, we were moved to the higher class apartment with a huge terrace and a direct sea view, which was absolutely marvelous to stay. With no extra costs. During the stay we had some minor issues - someone parked on our spot, our swimsuits fall from the balcony on the lower terrace, the hosts responded right away and resolved everything. Including finding the owners of the apartment below ours to take pick up swimsuites. Overall, we had an amazing, worries free holiday, knowing that if we would need any help or advice everything would be taken care of. If we decided to come to Burgas region again - we would certainly book the apartment here again.

Beachfront and offering an outdoor pool, Premier Fort Cuisine is located in Sunny Beach. Not in the noisy centre. I loved the view from up the coast. Great food, great entertainment for kids.
