All in one, the resort is a very good option to spend time to relax and rest, very good for families with children. Food is quite diverse and has good quality, the room with terrace like we had is very nice, bed and pillows very confortabile, public areas very clean. A plus for the gym ( small, but well equipped), the waterslides for the kids and a nice small beach in front of the resort ( public beach ). Also a plus for the room exchange the front desk managed to help us with. Thank you! There was also a welcoming basket with fruits and a bottle of wine in the room, i don’t remember having that last year so it was a nice touch!

The restaurants were great, lots of types of food for every picky eater. Who says there is a problem with food, only wants to be evil. •The room is very big and the balcony has a great view of the seaside and Sunny Beach + Nessebar. •The mini bar was refilled daily. •The bathroom offers all the products needed (Even bodycream). Towels changed daily and trash disposed. •The lobby bar provides great beaverages, better than the Beach bar. •You can borrow towels for the sunbeds for free. •The gym is quite nice for a hotel gym. Provides towels and water.

In the Nesebar New Town district of Nesebar, close to Beach Aurelia, Poseidon VIP Residence Club Balneo & SPA Resort has a garden and a washing machine. Service was absolutely fantastic, I couldn't fault a thing. Always smiling and attentive. Very happy. Parking was super easy, right outside the main building.

Boasting sea views, Apartment Complex Rich offers accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, free bikes and a garden, around 1.2 km from Beach Aurelia. One of the best holiday stays I've ever had. The hotel is on the 1st line, the beach is right there in front of the entrance, with sun baths available for the good price. Amazing restaurant and cocktail bar. Underground parking included for free, which was a great advantage, considering the hot summer sun. You can easily spend a week there not leaving the territory, enjoying the sea, the beach and local food. The hosts are simply unmatched. We were welcomed at the doors of the complex, they helped to park the car, explained about the facilities in the complex and the apartment, gave the advices what to visit nearby. Overall very helpful, polite and friendly, responding on WhatsApp within minutes. After the first night, we found that some facilities in the apartment were not particularly convenient for us (sofa was too small for sleeping, no microwave). So we've asked if there was a chance to switch the apartment. Not only they responded immediately to our request, but all further communication was done on the highest professional level of hospitality - "Don't worry about anything, we would find the apartments that will fit your needs, your comfort is our priority". These exact words. Ultimately, we were moved to the higher class apartment with a huge terrace and a direct sea view, which was absolutely marvelous to stay. With no extra costs. During the stay we had some minor issues - someone parked on our spot, our swimsuits fall from the balcony on the lower terrace, the hosts responded right away and resolved everything. Including finding the owners of the apartment below ours to take pick up swimsuites. Overall, we had an amazing, worries free holiday, knowing that if we would need any help or advice everything would be taken care of. If we decided to come to Burgas region again - we would certainly book the apartment here again.
