The mattresses are very comfortable and you will sleep like a baby. The windows won't open, but that wasn't an issue for us. The temperature in the room was excellent.

While the food selection may not have been extensive, the quality was undeniable. Each meal was tasty and prepared with fresh ingredients. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful retreat with its combination of comfort, service, and delightful views.

Hotel "Balkan" is located in the Troyan Balkan, 3 km. from the center of the village Chiflik. This was a great outside spa vacation 😌

The 3-star Alfaresort Palace Chiflika is located in the heart of the Central Balkan, in Chiflik Village, 20 km from Troyan. Everything was fine. The food was excellent. The SPA and swimming pool was perfect.
