The rooms were not only clean but also incredibly cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were polite. The outdoor pool was a fantastic amenity that added to the enjoyment of my visit. For those seeking relaxation, the hotel offered a small yet exceptionally cozy relaxing zone and sauna. It featured a large window with a serene view of the river. While the food selection may not have been extensive, the quality was undeniable. Each meal was tasty and prepared with fresh ingredients. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful retreat with its combination of comfort, service, and delightful views.

An indoor and an outdoor swimming pools with natural thermal water, and a spa centre, including a sauna, a hammam and massage services, are offered. Free private parking is possible on site. Brilliant hotel! I booked 2 bedroom flat. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. All hotel facilities were in excellent condition. I do recommend the salt sauna! Internal pool is great for young families like us with small babies. Outside hot mineral pool is perfect for late evenings. Food in the hotel was delicious and in the private restaurant as well. Special compliments to the chefs working in there. All other stuff was also friendly, helpful and polite. Definitely we will come back next year when we go back to Bulgaria.
