Their staff are very kind and attentive. Hats off to the front office staff Suleiman, he is superb in his customer service. Also the concierge Tony and another gentleman whose name I don’t remember were lovely. Without doubt one of the best customer service ever.

I had a great stay at Zoya Resort. The service was excellent, the prices were very fair, and the reception staff made the check-in smooth and welcoming especially Hilmy 👍🏻. The hotel also offers great deals, making it a fantastic value for money. Highly recommend

O Barracuda Resort está situado na costa da lagoa e dispõe de uma piscina exterior com um terraço com jardim. Todos os quartos climatizados têm uma varanda. Room: I was given free upgrade with Pool and Sea View. Rooms were really spacious and comfortable. Pool: Infinity Poll with big area and not congested at all. Lay out of the pool gives privacy as well. Breakfast: Though breakfast was not included in the booking, price charged was comparatively low and my daughter was not charged as well (age 10). There was wide variety of options for the breakfast and staffs were very polite.
