From the check in experience to check out - we were well take care of! We went for my mother's 60th birthday ( a surprise) and the main bedroom had a lovely message for my mother and also a cake was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. I also need to shout out the Front Office manager Ahmad who personally made sure we had everything we needed. Beyond the service, the facilities are excellent - the beach is pristine, the pool and bar well-kept, even the lobby smells heavenly!

We have arrived little bit early, were offered a complimentary coffee in the reception, then there was issue with our room but after reporting we were imediately upgraded to a better room, so a special thanks to Mr Hassain, the beach is nice and clean and generaly we enjoyed our stay very much.

The panoramic view overlooks the Arabian Gulf and the lush, landscaped garden. I was upgraded during the booking and upgraded again during the check in. Meryem, Jayden and Fatima were absolutely helpful and friendly. It was a delight
