My baby lost her favorite white bunny one day and the whole team went out of their way to find it - and they did. We also had a medical emergency one day and the whole staff did an absolutely amazing job supporting us. Monica and Nazeem in particular exhibited an astounding level of empathy, care and compassion. Superbly client oriented, run by top notch competent professionals driven by world class service excellence - absolute perfection! Happy to write this - would love to come back. And I stayed at literally thousands of various hotels worldwide. Excellent rooms, with superb room service. Warm-water pool to enjoy when the sea temperature is to fresh for your taste. Very good beach restaurant with local and international cuisine (good music, too;).
