My baby lost her favorite white bunny one day and the whole team went out of their way to find it - and they did. We also had a medical emergency one day and the whole staff did an absolutely amazing job supporting us. Monica and Nazeem in particular exhibited an astounding level of empathy, care and compassion. Superbly client oriented, run by top notch competent professionals driven by world class service excellence - absolute perfection! Happy to write this - would love to come back. And I stayed at literally thousands of various hotels worldwide. Julia (Duty Manager) and Ali in the restaurant as just Amazing. Julia couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay absolutely perfect. Ali in the restaurant could light a dark sky with his smile and enthusiasm. He’s a one off!!!
