We had a fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent as was the food. It's a beautiful resort, extremely well kept and peaceful. We would go back in the future.

Cat Ba is the cleanest and most peaceful seaside area I've visited in Vietnam. I highly recommend anyone who loves resort-style travel to consider booking a room here.

Best hotel I have stayed in VTN. Tranquil and just far enough away from town to feel like you are on a resort. Amazing pools and service. Best breakfast in VTN I had. Exactly what you want from 5-star and only one in this area. Beach right on site and amazing restaurants. Staff also clean beach which is great for VTN.

This is my first time coming to Vietnam and I chose Maison as my resort for this trip. Villa has many beautiful views, fully equipped rooms. However, the food was not to my taste. The receptionists here are very approachable and friendly, especially helping me book a car and sign up for tours to visit famous places here.

We absolutely loved Catba Papillon Resort! It was fantastic—so nice and quiet. It's about a 20-minute moto ride from Catba Town, making it perfect if you want to enjoy some peace and amazing views. The food was delicious, and the restaurant stays open late. The swimming pool was awesome, and the staff was wonderful. Henry, the manager, was incredibly helpful with booking tours and our bus to Ha Giang. We even left our luggage there after checkout. His English is top-notch. Definitely worth staying here!

It is really worth it to stay there for a couple of nights. Special little houses, cosy and with very comfortable beds. We slept very well. Of course it is not a five star luxury resort but in this little island we recommend a homestay anyway, because you need the good advises of the inhabitants. People are incredibly nice and helped us with everything. Motorbikes, haircuts, last minute drive to town, best food…wow! You should come here! By the way: no mosquitos in march, at least not for us! Wasn’t too warm but perfect for hiking!
