The place is paradise to relax and enjoy the luxury and comfort of an all inclusive. We went as a couple but will come back with our kids. Friendly staff, amazing service and a place I thoroughly enjoyed. One night I feel asleep and woke up at midnight. They have a 24 Hour kitchen and I had dinner at 1am.....no problem. Loved this place

We loved the staff at Zanziblue, so helpful and hospitable, and supported us at every step, responding quickly to all requests. The activities offered, such as the yoga and the reef walk, were a wonderful addition to our time in Zanzibar. We really enjoyed the reef walk, and the guides were very accommodating to my senior family members with limited mobility. The villa was perfect for our family, and we liked that it had a water cooler for drinking water. The pool and common and dining areas were really nice, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet especially the red bananas and pastries.

Quite,isolated and intimate the rooms were huge with a secend outside secluded shower and lovely balcony facing a beautiful well maintained garden,the staff were extremely friendly. We got to known them intimately. The food was great. We booked only bed and breakfast but we ate all our meals at the hotel every day and every evening there was something different to eat every day and all very tasty the evening cocktails were also excellent we tried them all 😊
The on-site scuba diving centre “Scuba fish” owned by Ludwick and his wife was so professional and we had amazing dives too.
We highly recommend this hotel Also it is a sustainable hotel and it even purifies its own water.

Very spacious bungalow, loved having our own pool, amazing sea view. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very attentive, God Bless in particular deserves a special mention, he seemed to run that place, waitering breakfast, evening meal, as well as the bar. He made us a pack up breakfast when we had to get up early for our safari trip.

Loved that the facilities are clean with it being a fairly new hotel! The food is amazing. Purni in the dining area is amazing! Everything is amazingA There is something for everyone at the buffet! The best part was the free gelatos! We miss them!!! The apps make it easy to manage the dining experiences. Overall ...amazing 5 star holiday resort with beautiful, white sandy beaches and clear, turquoise water👏👏and you will be happy to know we have sent many family members to the same hotel already. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. The resort had many facilities and activities that were all easily accessible. The all inclusive package really included everything one could imagine. There was a wide selection of food, great cocktails, and a great vibe overall. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying at Emerald.
Truly a 5 star resort that's all inclusive. The food was extremely tasty and great variety. Staff was very friendly and approachable and very accommodating. We were very well received and taken care of. You really feel at home away from home. Would definitely recommend this resort.
I enjoyed everything. Staff were always smiling and making you feel welcome. Resort seems to have catered for all nitty gritty so im sure if you forget something they will have you covered. No signing for anything with the all inclusive just enjoy as you go along. Some stages I could not get a booking for certain restaurants but management made it possible to get the experience before I left. They always check up on you and assist wherever they can. Left me with a very pleasant stay and mind to wanna come back soon.
Very luxurious. Not like typical all inclusive I have stayed before. Breakfasts included variety like eggs Benedict’s, Indian luxury breakfasts parathas and puris etc. very polite staff. They also make special dishes for you. Outside of the menu. That was exotic for us.
The best resort we’ve stayed in by a long way! pure luxury! The facilities are amazing, absolutely spotless, and the service of all the staff was impeccable, truly a wonderful stay at Emerald, faultless!
