The team was very nice and helpful. In the room offered, the air conditioning did not work well. As a result, the receptionist changed our room. Moreover, because they found out that we are celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at the Alpin Hotel, they offered us a champagne on ice, in the shaker, from the house!

Everything is brand new, impeccably clean, and the rooms are beautifully arranged and furnished.
The host was extremely helpful, with smooth and polite communication. We received clear instructions on how to access the house and they were able to accommodate an extra request we had. We were very pleased with the understanding we received.

The apartment was really spacious, the view of the terrace was on point. The bedroom was comfortable, two bathrooms, one of them was inside the bedrroom, which is a big plus for an accomodation.

We were upgraded to the luxury suite! It was huge and amazing. Very luxurious (apart from the bath) and a real hoot! It would be impossible to be in a better located hotel. Up a quiet alley and within 30m of the main tourist pedestrian thoroughfare.
The modern interior was very elegant. I was tempted to give 10 but I save 10 for the truly extraordinary. Loved the feeling of a mountain resort feel even though it is only 15 minute walk to the busy streets. Located on a hill, surround by beautiful trees, it was a perfect get away. Loved the lighting around the building at night. Breakfast was nice. Made egg the way we wanted upon request. The owner is very sociable and hospitable. Parking was on the narrow street but there seems be space available all the time.
