In the winter, free shuttles to the slopes and back depart every 5 minutes. we stayed at the 2 bedrooms parament and it was huge ! very comfortable rooms and beds, very clean and speciose bathrooms a very large Livingroom and great balcony. breakfast was very nice. the staff iv very welcoming and helpful

There was a lot of natural light and a full living room with a stocked minibar and even a bottle of sparkling wine. There was ample parking. They have an on-site restaurant and it's far enough removed from Bran that it was out of the constant hustle & bustle of tourists at the castle. I think it's run by the family that lives in the house right there so they are doing a lot of jobs so it's not like a regular hotel where someone is sitting at the desk 24/7 but we never waited for than 30 seconds for someone to attend to us. Just communicate with them ahead of time if you're arriving or otherwise needing them after hours (this wasn't an issue for us but I'm trying to think proactively).
