Cocovana was a simple place, but absolutely lovely with friendly and helpful staff. It was great playing pool overlooking the water and amazing watching the sunset and walking out to look for crabs with the kids when the tide was out in the evenings

Miley Lodging Restobar, hotel in Busuanga

Miley Lodging Restobar has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in New Busuanga. Among the various facilities of this property are a bar and a private beach area.

Everything was perfect! The location is far away from everywhere and the road to get there is quite tough, but we liked the quietness of it, we could just relax and enjoy. The lodging has very nice views, the pool is pergect. Rooms are clean and cosy. The food in the restaurant is really good. The owners are supernice! We were out of season and the owners upgraded our rooms, as there were no other guests. The lodging is still upgraded - they plan to build a gym, more family rooms. They also help to organise a boat going to dugong sightseeing.

Sangat Island Dive Resort, hotel in Busuanga

- In close proximity to some of Coron's most fabulous diving spots, Sangat Island Dive Resort offers fan-cooled accommodation, including all meals, return airport transfers and WiFi.

This resort although a little basic in its facilities is ultimately built for the diving experience. The dive staff, particularly the Manager of the dive department Tom, were so experienced and knew the area like the back of their hand. We instantly felt at ease and settled into learning more about wreck diving and exploring what the beautiful wrecks and surrounds had to offer. We can't thank Tom enough for his friendly, open and honest approach to our relative inexperience regarding wreck diving. Tom is a professional but was also a great laugh and fabulous company. All staff on this island are lovely and go out of their way to give you a friendly smile and warm conversation – it truly is a piece of paradise that you instantly feel like your home.

We spent only 2 nights in Ocam Ocam and the only regret was not to stay longer. The owner and the people of the village are so welcoming! Indeed, if you're looking for luxurious resorts, go on your way. However, if meeting with local people, and genuine experience in Philippines, Seafront cottage is perfect. It is a very relaxing place with simplicity.

Great view and good double room with view. BUT The common areas and restaurant spaces lack comfortable seating options. If you are over 30 and have back issues you might not find a good place to sit. The staff is friendly but lack professionalism regarding excursions and trAnsport solutions. The resort could be amazing but there is still work to do to achieve that. The food is good but the restaurant opening times are absurd (7.30 close).

Beautiful place and the staff are all amazing and kind, especially Joanne and Amor. It was so nice that we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort at all during our 2 night stay.

Amazing location, the beach is gorgeous (to shallow to swim though), the food is excellent and the service very personalized. The team did everything they could (and more) to make our stay memorable! If you can splurge and get the luxury rooms, they are worth the upgrade! A perfect place to relax.

The staff, the tranquility, and the views. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay so much fun. They cooked some incredible food for us (freshly cooked seafood was the best!) and helped us with any questions about where to go and what to do. Scooter hire is necessary to do anything other than relax at the resort or take paid tours from the resort.

The resort staff were welcoming and helpful. We went on a day trip to Black Island, Marlo our guide was an absolute pleasure and took very good care of us throughout. We also had the best massage of our lives whilst at the resort, the food was above average and delicious.

The Cocovana is a charming place with a natural spring swimming pool right next to the see with a panoramic view on the islands. All the dishes in the restaurant are home-made. Ana, Sarah, Joël and the rest of the team really did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible with the kids. We will keep very good memories of our stay in Busuanga at the Cocovana Beach Resort.
