Everything single thing about this resort was exceptional words cannot describe the courteous and dedicated staff very helpful,kind,always positive and with the brightest smile on their faces ….Luisa from front desk and the guy that works the coffee bar during the day really really made my stay even more beautiful …resort is always super clean,the views are amazing and you feel very very safe…DEFINITELY MY GO TOO SPOT WHEN EVER I VISIT PANAMA
Was a bad experience, expensive all inclusive to pay for drinks at the pool at the end, they should not say all inclusive if you book and than when you booking in try to force a membership and monthly fee on you to join there club or if you do not your stay is not all inclusive anymore and you need to pay 50 a day extra per day to get some drinks at the swimming pool. Also our room was dirty on arrival, we had to request clean bedding. The mattres of the bed was also molded and black. I will not recomment or stay at this resort again.

We always reserve "All Inclusive" ..... it is the only way to stay at this resort!

I liked that everything was all inclusive and before I got got there they offered me an upgrade with name my price. With that was complimentary spa or romantic dinner for two. You still had to pay but at a discounted price. In other words I still paid for it. Lol
Great all inclusive resort with great pool, bars and beautiful restaurants. Great breakfast, but lunch and dinner just OK. Kind and happy staffs everywhere.
The food was exceptional-very tasty with lots of options. Ivonne was wonderful because she handled a situation we had with laundry service with respect and integrity. After our issue with the laundry service, she exceeded our expectations by acknowledging our 30th wedding anniversary with $200 in resort vouchers, a celebration banner and delicious dessert plate. We never expected any of that so those were a pleasant surprise.
We liked the quiet side of the resort - but that side is VIP. There were no chairs on the beach there though.
