The resort was haunted at night. I experienced mistic thing. My hair serum was throwned when i sleep. I heard loud sound when i sleep. My phone charger moving on its own. I cant sleep well for 2 days. Otherwise the staff was good, the surrounding was very calm and relax at daytime. breakfast was so-so.

The resort activities (safari, water theme park, outlet), resort personnel, view from room and shuttle services. The value of money is a major advantage. The breakfast at the gulf terrace especially the Malay authentic food was good and met the expectations. The service at the restaurant was good.
I had nothing that I could like at this property. The location is remote with no easy access to food and other facilities. The resort/chalet is lousy, dirty linen, dirty towels, broken bathroom accessories, smelly toilets. There was no food available at the restaurant. I will not recommend this to anyone. If you are staying In Malacca, choose a property closer to the town.
The service here is excellent, the staff are well trained and always make you feel at home. We like it so much that we have stayed here repeatedly over many years. The standard is still very high. Breakfast is a great highlight, because it is a sit down ala carte buffet where you are served from a menu of both international and local food fare. Extremely dishes and a definite highlight for each stay. YTL resorts definitely rate among the highest standards of service we have ever experienced.
