An Amazing property Staff are beyond caring for you to have a peaceful stay, everything was what i needed, rest, stop and rejuvinate. The spa was world class, my only poitive feedback, was the food was not amazing, the breakfast fabulous but the two restaurants i tried, (not the high end one) were ok... mexico is world class food level and it can come in the form of a quesadilla or a fish dish, simple but tastie. But im a foodie so you asked the wrong person.....The staff the staff AMAZING in the restuarants, so happy to help. Thank you

Location and updated room

The Grand Palladium is huge and it has many steep slick paths that are long distances between the lobby and other paths that are not sufficiently labeled with no maps around that make any sense no signs saying to the buffet to the beach to the restaurant. Many of the employees did not know where different parts or sections were. The service and the restaurants was a medium to poor. There was lots of food but most of it was mediocre nothing special except the ice cream was very good. The bacon was hard as a rock when it finally arrived at the buffet you couldn't eat it if you put it on your plate. The breakfast buffet was way spread out you could get bread in one area then you had to walk at least 30 ft before you could get to the butter of the jelly . To change your dinner reservation we had to walk up from the beach which is about 32 steps uphill steep with only one railing. Then walk another twisting and winding another three blocks or more to get to the place where the reservations of the restaurants are taken. When we finally got there after going to three different places they said they couldn't help us and we'd have to deal with it that night. Then we had to walk all the way back down to the beach through the two pools very far down to the beach slickstones that would not be possible if it were raining. Pretty beach but if you didn't get your towels out there by 7:00 you were not going to get a seat until 3:00. For the price the rooms are very mediocre but clean. The people at the front desk that we got were very nice but I think it was in training because he had to ask another man three times about different items on check-in. You can't check in till 3:00 but you have to check out at 11:00 so you really don't even get 24 hours of peace in your room. You can stay until 3:00 on the premises but you have to waste at least an hour from 10:00 to 11:00 checking out properly.

It was really beautiful and it had a lot of things for a children to do.

The staff was very kind and attentive. I really appreciated the baby concerige service, which included providing bottle warmer, bouncer, and cleaning & sterilizing baby bottles. There were so many different all-day daily activities for all ages, including adults. Truly, it was not necessary to venture off property if you don't need to. The food was great. Very family-friendly resort, which I loved most about. The infinity pool was beautiful with great pool and bar service. The hotel also offers a babysitting service, which is a huge plus for parents who want to relax a bit. Furthermore, you can set up an appt with your concerige to take professional photos with no obligation to buy the photos. There are so many beautiful locations around the hotel and on the beach to take beautiful pictures. The photographer also teaches you how to pose, too!
