This was a wonderful place to stay for our Christmas vacation. The condo was lovely. Well decorated and modern space. Great beds, nice linens. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Large TVs for movie night. Excellent location for walking to get groceries or dine out or catch the bus into PV. The resort pools are fabulous, the beach stunning. You can literally walk for miles. Loved the poolside bar with excellent food. We are all our home cooked meals on the large patio with great views of the ocean and pools. And Mary was fabulous. Always replied to my questions promptly and was very helpful too when we needed some help. Thank you Maru. We will be back .

This all-inclusive resort in Nuevo Vallarta and AAA Five Diamond Award winner located right on the beach overlooking Banderas Bay, offers luxurious suites as well as first-rate services and facilities, just 15 minutes' drive from Puerto Vallarta. Location was beautiful and well kept. Big pool and beach access was a plus! Service overall was top notch, from front desk, concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and concierge. Piaf (Adult only) was our favorite restaurant, and Lucca was second with kids. But honestly, the food selection overall was great for a 3 night stay

The washrooms around the resort were well maintained, being cleaned very regularly....they even had 2ply toilet paper, a luxury you don't get in all hotels!

Loved the pools and the new water park. It is also all inclusive but does not feel like the normal all inclusive hotels where crowds are everywhere and food is not great.

All units in the accommodation are equipped with bathrobes and an iPod docking station. We were at this resort in December 2021 when they were only 7 months old. It was great but the food was just OK and the pool service wasn't great. BUT........our stay this time was incredible. All of the food and new restaurants are incredible. The pool staff each day was super attentive, getting us custom orders that were not on the menu. The overall staff is always nice, helpful, incredible!
