I loved the level of safety and security of the resort, I felt safe at all times. I loved the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, their customer service was excellent! I really liked the room because it was clean and comfortable, and it was nicely decorated and designed. I really liked the number of pools and the swim-up bars, we got to try a different pool every day. I liked the buffets they had available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the food was good. I liked the ease of the shuttle to the beach and the pool and restaurant at the beach, plus the service was excellent! I liked the bartenders and the delicious drinks they made, they were all very attentive too.

Facilities are very well. Pools are clean and big. Beach club is big and comfortable. Restaurants are excellent, food is delicious. Beverages are nice, but need to improve. Price very well for all inclusive.
In the heart of olde Acapulco - a fantastically authentically located and serviced restaurant/hotel. In its authenticity - staff are Mexican and local - so patience is needed and wholly appreciated by the staff. Food is great - All Inclusive is recommended!
