Excellent restaurants with high-quality food and great customer service. The hotel property was beautiful and enjoyable to walk through with many sculptures and fountains. Had the feeling of a fine European Italian resort.
Very spacious room and comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and nice. The whole place is breathing understated luxury. The restaurant and bars were very well equipped, and served delicious food and drinks.

Facilities are very well. Pools are clean and big. Beach club is big and comfortable. Restaurants are excellent, food is delicious. Beverages are nice, but need to improve. Price very well for all inclusive.
In the heart of olde Acapulco - a fantastically authentically located and serviced restaurant/hotel. In its authenticity - staff are Mexican and local - so patience is needed and wholly appreciated by the staff. Food is great - All Inclusive is recommended!
