Spacious clean AC rooms very close to Yala’s Katagamuwa entrance. We had our own front porch in a very peaceful private garden setting. The owner and host, Kapila, took care of all our needs, and arranged our full day safari for the next morning. He is a retired environmental journalist who knows plenty about all the SL national parks, especially Yala and the animals. We had an excellent safari driver and jeep. Kapila accompanied us on the safari which was a treat because he shared all his knowledge of the past, present and future of Yala, as well as all the details of every bird, mammal, reptile, insect we saw. The host family cooked us a most delicious homemade meal of rice and curry/fruits and cold beers. Just make sure you let Kapila know that you will want dinner beforehand, and anything else you want. I highly recommend boundary yala for your yala safari and stay. We enjoyed our time there and saw everything and learned a lot about the animals.

The warmest welcome from all staff, including the resort manager and Prince, the head of staff training. Our safari guide Avinka was the most knowledgeable and remarkable person. His tour of Yala was an incredible experience, we are so grateful for his expertise. The high tea, cocktails on the point and dinner were absolutely outstanding. Amazing luxury villa in tune with nature. Open air shower was great and so were the trees growing in the villa. Staff are top rate and speak good English. Food also excellent. Ideal for Yala safaris !
EVERYTHING - there was so much love in every detail and the staff was extraordinary. I have rarely experienced such an outstanding service. The safari organized for us was also super good!
Staff were very nice especially the camp manager. Staff do go above and beyond to try to ensure a great experience. Location is remote and it was nice to give a different experience to our kids instead of resorts and hotels.
A beautiful property close to Yala. It offered the luxury feel without the price tag. The hospitality and the staff were so welcoming and kind, and the food was delicious! We would definitely recommend having your dinner here. The pool was a welcome bonus to relax in after a hot Safari day.
Fabulous stay at luxury resort - food, ataff and accommodation all fabulous. Yes it was more pricey than most hotels in Sri Lank but worth every penny !
