Everything was perfect. It was an amazing experience in Swissotel Wellness Resort. All facilities was great and I my kids was happy and enjoyed kids club. We were a big family with different age groups and different interests, we were all satisfied and enjoyed😍❤️

The reception, service and restaurant staff were all very helpful. Special mention about Kairat who was really helpful in guiding us as to where to go and how to go. Speaks good English which was really useful.

Great location with the view to the mountains, close to the ski resort. Delicious breakfast and they have amazing restaurant nearby with very good service. Liked the spa area! Very clean.
The location and surrounding area are very clean comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, good kitchen, helpful staff even though they don't know much English they translate and communicate, feel safe in the area, 50 mtr from the bus stop, walking distance to many tourists places , close to restaurants and super markets , overall we were very happy staying here. Yes you can enjoy staying here if you are not particular of luxury . The room rent is also very reasonable for the location.
