Staff were very attentive and welcoming, with many speaking English. The facilities and rooms were very elegant, clean, and of high quality. Having your own onsen was brilliant for those who prefer privacy and felt like total luxury.
It have everything you need for Onsen resort, big room with fabulous views on its panoramic windows, public baths, great Japanese style breakfast. 6 minutes walk from Beppu’s train stations, not too far from big shopping mall like YouMe. Nothing to complain about.
