Exceptional Hotel Experience!
We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The structure itself is great, with beautiful, well-maintained facilities that make it a pleasure to spend time in. The location is also excellent.
The real highlight, though, is the food: Every meal over the past week has been a memorable experience, with exceptional variety and meticulous attention to detail in each dish. Every bite, from savory dishes to desserts, feels special. And speaking of desserts—they’re absolutely incredible, as tempting as they are delicious. I’ve never seen anything like this in any other hotel.
The breakfast was also really good, offering a wide selection that catered to every taste. I highly recommend booking the half board as we did, you won’t find a restaurant better than this!
What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention of the staff from start to finish. They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Can’t recommend it enough! I rarely return to the same place twice, but here, I may rethink my rule.

- The hotel is big but well organized. There are several swimming pools, nearby beach and plenty of sun beds
- Food was exceptional. The best I had in my 20 years of travelling. I could stay in the dinning room for my whole stay (joking). Variety of food and perfectly prepared. 11/10

Very quiet, comfortable and spacious sea view suite on the 3rd floor with excellent sea view terrace balcony. Excellent breakfast catering for all European tastes. Bus stop outside Hotel from Stalos to Chania (2Euros), with a supermarket close by. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
Airport shuttle bus available to Chania Bus station (3Euros) as well as Herkalion and Rethymno (e-ktel.com).
Recommend Kri Kri Taverna in Stalos and Steki restaurant in Chania old town.

The cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The service from the low and middle level staff was excellent. They were attentive and efficient. This includes the dedicated room cleaners who made our stay enjoyable. Parking was for free, and sunbeds at the tiny beach were also for free.

Overall, everything was excellent. The food was delicious, and the area is great for walks. Canya is nearby, making access easy. Andreas at the pool bar ensures that you have a great time. His attitude and expertise are top-notch, and anyone served by him is lucky.

A great place to come and chill out
The food was really good and varied day by day, always were nice dishes to choose during the whole day. (All inclusive we had)
Animation programs during the day were nice, my special favourite were the aqua fitness occassions and the Circus show in the evening, I would definitely keep that. The resort overall was really clean.

Residents of the Village Resort have access to the Beach&Spa Resort's pools and the pool bar. You can also ask to have a lunch or dinner in their all-inclusive restraurant (different from the a la carte restraurant). The view from that restraurant is fantastic, so I highly recommend going there. The food selection is also better than in the Village Resort.
It is great you can use the pools at the spa resort over the road too. Amazing location, clean rooms. Best part of this hotel is the staff they are sooo nice!
I had a sea facing suite, and the views were just amazing, even better than the views from many four star beach resorts. My stay was so peaceful and waking up to the sound of sea waves was heavenly. I wish I could stay here for a few more days. The Kitchenette had all the basic amenities to cook a simple meal. I also loved the private terrace. It was quite large and had privacy. Maria was also very responsive and super-professional.
It was right on the beach as advertised, nice pools and balcony, good breakfast buffet, good service and helpful staff, well located for exploring western crete. It's the kind of place that checks all the boxes for a beachfront resort but each element is just okay, fine, good enough. They upgraded us to all inclusive for our last day, which was generous of them, and fun for our kids.
