From its elegant charm, outstanding service, comfort, location and delicious food, I could not fault this hotel. Rutna, who is on reception, went above and beyond to help with an unexpected situation with my daughter, which she will never forget! The dining staff were also incredibly attentive. We love this hotel and can’t wait to stay again.
This is a small luxury hotel on the south west corner of the island. We found it to be all that it claims to be with two swimming pools, a gym area, and a beautifully decorated interior throughout. Our room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the golf course where the sun shone in the morning and early afternoon. Everything in the room was to a very high standard indeed and the maids were very attentive to any extra needs we had.
Great location in Jersey's most beautiful resort beach. Very peaceful and great panoramic views of the bay.
Breakfast is excellent and the staff are great. Don't miss the red squirrels in the nearby pine forest.
The welcome and service were exceptional. They very kindly gave us a free upgrade on our room which was amazing, giving us a beautiful sea view! The room was very comfortable and well laid out with a nice deep bath and there is even a HDMI port by the desk so you can connect to the TV. We have stayed in a number of Jersey's luxury hotels and this is one of our favourites now!
