Just 10 minutes’ walk from St Helier, Merton Hotel boasts a water park with slides and a spa. There is free parking on site, and a choice of 5 restaurants.

This has the most amazing family entertainment. Definitely the best in jersey.

Guests can enjoy free access to the swimming pool (seasonal outdoor pool) and gym facilities. Les Ormes can also arrange surf lessons, sea kayaking, paddle boarding, and blokarting (charges may apply). We will keep all children busy with our own Trampoline park - Jump Jersey. Has many activities onsite which is great for kids. The apartments are well furnished and provide for everything you need. The staff are super friendly, very accommodating and our stay was delightful. I would loved to have extended my stay but they are a little pricey. Also, being close to the airport, you will need a car to get into town if you arent opting for the bus service.
Outstanding service and a small boutique feel to the property
Apartments are fine. Wouldn't say its luxury but was definitely happy enough.
Comfortable room , luxury touches with refreshments in room and toiletries
We loved the comfort and the cleanliness of our room. The lounge areas were spacious where we relaxed awaiting for our room to be ready. There was a lovely garden where we could sit in the sun. We had to leave early so the hotel packed us a breakfast. A step back into the luxury of yesteryear hotels with white tablecloth dining and old world charm.
It had a really nice atmosphere and feels like you could be on holiday - didn’t feel like we were even in Jersey! The room was really clean and the homemade cookies were a really lovely touch as well as the premium toiletries which made it feel really luxury. The staff were absolutely incredible - from the lovely person who checked us in, to the bar staff to the restaurant staff - they all went above and beyond and I have been singing their praises ever since! We will definitely be back and recommending it to others!

The manor was traditional luxury with the most attentive and lovely staff I have encountered for a long while … a massive smile on my face .. thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this hotel .. the food was amazing also !
The staff were lovely, we loved the food, incl the Italian restaurant dining and we were in a beautiful little seaside resort - so picturesque!
