This resort features friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond. The food is excellent, and the cozy atmosphere, full of small birds, adds to the charm. The pool is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. I would definitely come again.
Fantastic Pools with something for Every age in the water to keep happy. The facilities were amazing Gym, Hair salon, Soft play centre, Games room, Go karts to rent, tennis supermarket. Doctor on site certain days.
The resort gardens and greenery amazing and so pretty.
Everything was great. The facilities at the resort were good. Bar and restaurant on site. Spa was amazing.

Max who handed over the keys was extremely helpful. Our friends had a baby and a 2 year old. Cot and bed barrier supplied as soon as we got there
The resort itself has amazing pools and there is plenty to do for kids. The resort has been well thought out. For couples I'd recommend a car to see the local area. We went to many places all within 20 minutes drive or so. It was fine for us to use as a base though and we did visit end September, so slightly out of season.
Gym was great, there is lots of equipment, it is clean and well managed.
Pools were wonderful, especially the resort style one.
Having a barbeque meant we could eat at home rather than have to eat out, or cook inside.
We were friendly welcomed by Max, who made us feel at home. The accommodations of LG Residenz are located within the Alannia resort. The resort has 2 fantastic swimming pools for the whole family, a nice playground and a restaurant which is also good. We had a very nice holiday week here and can definitely recommend it to others.
Staff were so attentive and welcoming. Children had plenty to do. 3 bedroomed chalet was lovely. Facilities for children are fabulous. Any problems were sorted quickly once mentioned. Transfers to and from resort/airport were easily accessible with cheery, welcoming driver.
