On our recent stay at Steigenberger resort we had a great time, since we arrived to the lobby we received a warm welcome from Mustafa the guest relation manager, he was very nice to us and he made sure that our check in was fast and smooth.
We stayed in a room with very nice view to the Nile, they prepared for us nice amenities and the room was nice and clean when we arrived.
Special mention to Mr Mustafa from the lobby he did a great job making our stay feel like we were ar home!.
Amazing resort with a very spacious comfortable room with great air conditioning. Particularly enjoyed the infinity pool and Ashraf was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Food available was reasonably priced and enjoyable.
Excellent luxury hotel for your short excursions in Luxor City. The facilities were top class, very nice pool and three different restaurants inside the hotel to choose from. Also the room was super clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our requests ( with an exception) . The let us do an early check in and upgrade our room for free. Also because we were flying off late they gave us permission to go to the pool after we have already checked out.
The Nile views and the quality of the food, the gentleness of all the staff. In fact, I'm bringing a group from Cista Rica for seven nights because of all the overall quality of Jolie Ville resort.
Everything is amazing in this resort.
From the view, the confort of bedrooms, amazing breakfast, the garden, the swimming pools, the traditional tent in the exterior with music and dances, nice environment and finally very professional staff.
I highly recommend.
First of all they were super kind from the start. An upgraded room and one hour early check in. Their services are great. We ate at the Chinese restaurant and it was delicious. The resort is big and has a lot of beautiful postcard-like pictures of rivers, lakes, lots of swimming pools, great for honeymooners and anyone trying to visit Luxor historic temples and sights.
