This is an older facility but was clean and spacious. We had our own bungalow and it was just a short outdoor walk to the pool which was like a grotto with natural rock and lots of plants. There were only a few sun loungers but lots of chairs around tables. There was laundry facilities which we were happy for - a games room that we never used - and a grocery store a couple of blocks away as well as a coffee shop with pastries and breakfast sandwiches that was very handy.
Island Serenity on Magnetic Island features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a restaurant and bar in Nelly Bay.

The condition of the room was immaculate.
The decor of the room was unique, although I'm not an 'alternatives' type of person.
I could use the facilities of the resort even though the room was owned by an outside individual.
I would stay there again next year at the drop of a hat.

Fantastic location and lovely hotel. Luxury at a decent rate. View from the rooftop is spectacular. Great location for accessing SeaLink boat to Magnetic Island and next door to sister hotel the Ville for a wide range of dining options and another swimming pool. We liked that it was out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
I can say this was my first time staying at The Ville Resort and Casino. The lovely lady at reception was very kind and accommodating for my first stay. Providing me and my partner to a beautiful room with a view. The hotel itself was very clean and had a very elegant vibe to it. I definitely recommend trying this place at least once.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The room had a decent size fridge and freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery, which made cooking in (microwave meals) easy. Loved the resort vibe. Nice pool and whilst we didn't eat at the restaurant the menu looked good.
