Breakfast option good but each time I went back to get something ( ie a knife) the waiter would take my breakfast away and I had to start again and get breakfast from buffet - very frustrating

Easy walk or bus ride from the ferry terminal. Super friendly and helpful staff. Close to the bus stop that takes you basically everywhere on the island. Nice to have laundry facilities and a pool. Room was big with lots of kitchen basics. Very close to the main supermarket.

Oscar checked us in, he was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean and we appreciated the spacious balcony. We had several meals at The Boardwalk and it was delicious!! It was my birthday weekend and Oscar brought us a bottle of wine as an unexpected gift!!

The condition of the room was immaculate.
The decor of the room was unique, although I'm not an 'alternatives' type of person.
I could use the facilities of the resort even though the room was owned by an outside individual.
I would stay there again next year at the drop of a hat.

Fantastic location and lovely hotel. Luxury at a decent rate. View from the rooftop is spectacular. Great location for accessing SeaLink boat to Magnetic Island and next door to sister hotel the Ville for a wide range of dining options and another swimming pool. We liked that it was out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
I can say this was my first time staying at The Ville Resort and Casino. The lovely lady at reception was very kind and accommodating for my first stay. Providing me and my partner to a beautiful room with a view. The hotel itself was very clean and had a very elegant vibe to it. I definitely recommend trying this place at least once.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The room had a decent size fridge and freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery, which made cooking in (microwave meals) easy. Loved the resort vibe. Nice pool and whilst we didn't eat at the restaurant the menu looked good.
Able to access clean , friendly , value for money accommodation at last minute. Much appreciated after disappointing accommodation at Mission Beach Resort. Thank you for catering to a late check in. Well done team!
