We loved our stay at this resort. Lots of stairs to get to room, but we were okay with that. We had the most amazing view from our room … loved the jacuzzi tub on balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was so friendly… made us feel so welcome.
The Chinese restaurant on premise (Iwok) was excellent as well.

we really enjoyed our stay, and we celebrated our 20-wedding anniversary. Such amazing set up for this property with forest walks or just relax by the pool. 15 min to the beach. breakfast from the menu was very good and good selection.

Everything! From the great location, local to all the shops to the customer service (Zac[k]) the dog that was there greeting everyone really brought a nice touch to the resort. Seeing a family dog involved was very wholesome! Explains why so many people love Ballina. Chill, lovely people! Room was spotless, had all the amenities needed that we didn't have on us.
Great resort :) the pool area was big, the restaurant was so lovely, the food was great. The rooms were a nice size. Helpful lovely staff :)

On arrival we were prepared to walk due to the total misrepresentation of the ‘resort’ on your site … it is in the wrong end of a scruffy town and it is just a downmarket motel . The kindness of the staff and the fact we were too tired to move on meant we stayed !!
Ballina Beach Resort has a special place in our memories as this is where we stayed on our first trip together back in 2004. The location right on the beach is perfect and the facilities at the resort are perfect for a relaxing holiday.
