Everything! From the great location, local to all the shops to the customer service (Zac[k]) the dog that was there greeting everyone really brought a nice touch to the resort. Seeing a family dog involved was very wholesome! Explains why so many people love Ballina. Chill, lovely people! Room was spotless, had all the amenities needed that we didn't have on us.
Great resort :) the pool area was big, the restaurant was so lovely, the food was great. The rooms were a nice size. Helpful lovely staff :)

On arrival we were prepared to walk due to the total misrepresentation of the ‘resort’ on your site … it is in the wrong end of a scruffy town and it is just a downmarket motel . The kindness of the staff and the fact we were too tired to move on meant we stayed !!
Ballina Beach Resort has a special place in our memories as this is where we stayed on our first trip together back in 2004. The location right on the beach is perfect and the facilities at the resort are perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Luxury tents were exceptional, loved wvey minute here. Staff are incredibly amazing and friendly. Perfect get away
