From the start we were greeted and treated with kindness. Front desk agent, Afilia was very nice and professional. She assisted us and helped carry a carry on luggage to the room. The hotel is very nice, and all the staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean. The food was great. 5 stars for everyone and everything. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were veryyyyyyyy friendly and approachable. They always wore a smile and very ready to help, especially the receptionists. The room was cozy as well. It was home away from home. Looked really luxurious. The fact that we had a fridge and an AC, it was fab! Every nook and cranny of the hotel gave luxury. The breakfast was yummy, very appetizing and presentable but small🥴. We always wished it was more especially the bread. I reached out to the hotel to kindly help with a surprise my partner for his birthday. They didn't hesitate to at all. They sang for him, gave him a cake which was on the house. How lovely! I was so grateful. Thank you Hotel Colis We will definitely return
