Very clean and friendly, responsive staff. Nice that the sauna and jacuzzi were open till 22:00 and that the spa facilities were included in the price. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were big enough. Shower was very clean.

Lovely location in the country, away from the smoke and pollution of Tirana. Very friendly staff, good food provided after our late arrival from the airport. The season had ended and the pool had not been cleaned for a week or so, but still perfectly usable - we especially liked being told this honestly, and invited to judge for ourselves, rather than being told not to use it. Breakfast was five star, the price was brilliant and the room excellent. Recommended.
