Great service. One of the kids bumped his head quite bad and we got good instructions to the emergency room which was quite close to Movenpick hotel. When we arrived it turned out that we need to leave one day earlier and it wasn't an issue.

It is a very good hotel, with staff who are available for any request you may have. The pool is nice and warm. The hotel is very close to the sea although our room did not have a sea view.

We had a great experience staying at the Marina Luxury Suite. Communication with the Kevin was easy and quick at all times. The place looks just like the photos, the view is amazing, and it is clean and tidy. We highly recommend it!
Communication with the manager was excellent, despite the fact that our flight was delayed, they waited for us until night. Overall, the accommodation was pleasant, we were disturbed only by the fireworks during the night. Beach right next to the apartment, also shops open 24/7. However, Albania is an adventure, I do not recommend it to people who are used to resorts. 🙂
Amazing staff that are working hard to make sure everyone is satisfied and everything is spotless and clean, good breakfast with many options.. we upgraded to an all inclusive because we loved staying in the hotel :)

Loved how vast it was - such a lovely huge main pool and massive empty beach and to have a kids lovely pool area on the other side away from the adults was perfect and also so many restaurants and bars to choose from and wonderful entertainment. Incredible indoor pool, spa and gym, 7 pools I counted in total with the two roof ‘level’ infinity ones! So clean and so spacious and a fabulous family resort (even though I went alone I met lovely people and staff!)
