The resort itself was wonderful, perfect place for families. We have a 2 and 5 year old and they loved the soft play - uki (sorry if I misspelt her name) in there was so loving and always made it fun, playing music, dancing with the kids and letting them use beach toys to take to the beach, she is a real credit to this place! At reception Sylvia always had a smile on her face and made sure we were comfortable and all our needs met, no ask was too much for her. The food was all halal (except the pork dishes of which there would only be a few) and really good quality. The beach was well maintained and house keeping was excellent. The outdoor pools were cold but the indoor one was lovely and warm

Lovely location in the country, away from the smoke and pollution of Tirana. Very friendly staff, good food provided after our late arrival from the airport. The season had ended and the pool had not been cleaned for a week or so, but still perfectly usable - we especially liked being told this honestly, and invited to judge for ourselves, rather than being told not to use it. Breakfast was five star, the price was brilliant and the room excellent. Recommended.

We had a great experience staying at the Marina Luxury Suite. Communication with the Kevin was easy and quick at all times. The place looks just like the photos, the view is amazing, and it is clean and tidy. We highly recommend it!
Communication with the manager was excellent, despite the fact that our flight was delayed, they waited for us until night. Overall, the accommodation was pleasant, we were disturbed only by the fireworks during the night. Beach right next to the apartment, also shops open 24/7. However, Albania is an adventure, I do not recommend it to people who are used to resorts. 🙂
Amazing staff that are working hard to make sure everyone is satisfied and everything is spotless and clean, good breakfast with many options.. we upgraded to an all inclusive because we loved staying in the hotel :)

Loved how vast it was - such a lovely huge main pool and massive empty beach and to have a kids lovely pool area on the other side away from the adults was perfect and also so many restaurants and bars to choose from and wonderful entertainment. Incredible indoor pool, spa and gym, 7 pools I counted in total with the two roof ‘level’ infinity ones! So clean and so spacious and a fabulous family resort (even though I went alone I met lovely people and staff!)
