Steeped in history, surrounded by the majestic Hottentots Holland Mountains and neighbouring the magnificent Erinvale Golf Course, the Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa promises a peaceful and memorable... Breakfast was great. The rooms were cosy and had heaters, which were a big help since I went in winter. They had generators, which helped with load shedding. Staff were friendly and attentive.

I really enjoyed my 2-day stay in SomerZicht self-catering apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the staff, given my keys, and shown around my room in the friendliest way possible. I was also given a convenient parking spot near my apartment—which just made life that much easier. The room itself was nicely decorated, super clean, and fitted with everything I could need on my weekend stay. All in all a great experience and I look forward to coming back to stay in this lovely little slice of the Helderberg Basin.

Accommodations were clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. We bought some extra Nespresso pods and water from our hosts at a reasonable price. Breakfast was AMAZING; with the freshest assortment of bread rolls, fruits, yogurt, cereals as well as bacon and eggs. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful. We will return.
I loved the entire feel of the place. It was just what we had been looking for to rest. Loved the cabin/lodge so cozy. Oh and Rose was the perfect thoughtful host!❤️❤️ She made us feel so welcome and comfortable during our entire stay there! Thank you Rose for taking care of us and anticipating our every need. I hope to see you again soon! I can not wait to get back there this time hopefully for longer...5 days seemed to just fly by too fast!

My brother and I are on the self drive Safari to South Africa, BOTSWANA and NAMIBIA, and this was any port in a storm, what a DELIGHT this port turned out to be. D UPGRADED US FROM SINGLE ROOM TO HIS BEST ROOM FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. WE WERE THERE IN THE BITTER COLD OF WINTER BUT THIS PLACE WOULD BE FANTASTIC IN THE SUMMER. D IS EXCEPTIONALLY PERSON AND BREAKFAST WAS OUTSTANDING. I COULD NOT SAY ENOUGH EXCELLENT ABOUT THIS PLACE IF I EVER COME BACK THIS WAY, I WILL STAY HERE. I should add that in the last 10 years I've travelled in Africa almost 20 months, so I speak with some experience

I loved the nature and all the animals on the property just added to the exceptional experience of a weekend getaway. The pool and amenities were very convenient to use which made the stay so much better. The freedom to have the stay uninterrupted was by far the best experience. Overall I'm pleased
