Very hospitable and helpful owners, the entire family was extremely welcoming and friendly, we felt like family members, we chatted until late in the night and got free beverages and had really interesting conversations about culture and history etc. Highly recommend this place. The location is superb, right in the centre of the city with all major attractions only a short walk away in every direction. Didn't have the breakfast option so can't comment on that but cafe bar attached to hotel at ground level was doing a great trade.
