I myself have experience as a manager in hotel operations and can find myself to be above average interested in -and observant in hotel operations. When booking I asked for early check-in and late check-out and I got it without any further questions and of course to no surcharge. The location of this hotel in Prishtina is the very best and the the hotel amenities themselves are of impressively high quality. Everything is properly made and works as it should. The room was very comfortable with interior, lighting, minibar and everything of high quality .. so is the rest of the hotel as well.. « I would have liked being responsible for running this place I thought to myself».. The SPA department that was included in the room rate was just absolutely super, the breakfast of the best in class 👌🏻 but most of all, the hotel has a very professional, welcoming , polite and service-minded staff. Wish that other hotels that adorn themselves with 5 stars were as good as Swiss Diamond Prishtina. I will definitely book here next time I visit Kosovo -and I recommend this hotel to everyone else as well. The price difference is small between this and other hotels in Prishtina, compared to the experience you get for it.

This hotel was the perfect oasis to return to after a long day of seeing all of the sights and excitement that Kosovo has to offer! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to fulfill any special requests we had. Although it is just a few steps away from public transit and the busy city centre, the location was very quiet. We could not hear the noise from the main street, and cars rarely passed the hotel itself. The facilities are sparkling clean. We will definitely visit again. Faleminderit!
