The Samoan Outrigger Hotel offers a pool, Wi-Fi access and accommodations with air conditioning or mosquito netting just 15 minutes’ walk from downtown Apia. Very clean, very close to town and especially to the SPREP headquarters. I had a small issue and they responded better than any hotel operator I have ever experienced. I cannot emphasize this enough and it made me a huge fan for life. That was a level of service you never get. The staff was so friendly and attentive. It’s a value-based operation, with a quiet, lush setting, a nice pool and a convenient location. At what it is supposed to be, it’s near perfect.

The restaurant had the best food we had in Upolu. Hotel facilities are and outdoors are great. Great location if you are catching the ferry or going to the airport.
Location was easy to access Apia, relaxed atmosphere, family and local friendly, breakfast staff were lovely and we had the best driver in Upolu Cheers!
We couldn't have found a better place to stay in Samoa than at Coconut. It is such a beautiful resort right on the Beach with a fabulous pool and poolbar overlooking the Ocean. The design of the resort is luxurious at the same time as it feels unique and genuine in the way that it has been built by honouring the natural materials of the area. Samoa is a hidden treasure full of culture and beautiful nature. We booked a few private tours through the hotel to explore the island and the driver/guide did a wonderful job. We had several meals at the restaurant overlooking the Ocean where we got to try different, delicious, local dishes and you could really feel the love from the Chef in the food. We loved Samoa and Coconut and the best part of our stay was all the local Staff that really opened their hearts and welcomed us in to their Coconut family 😊 They shared so much of their Samoan culture with us and for that we are forever grateful 🥰🙏 Suzanne and Anna from Melbourne.
Friendly, quiet and lovely facilities. Meals were very good.
The location is on the rainy side of the island, but the views onto the ocean and the whole scenery is so beautiful! The food is super cheap and yummy. The staff very friendly with a fabulous FiaFia night! Very cheap buffet and the FiaFia presentation was included. Fabulous. I am so happy we didn’t book anywhere else. We received an upgrade to a beachfront bungalow, but all the bungalows are beautiful. Very spacious. Lovely outdoor and indoor shower. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was the best accommodation on our whole South Pacific Trip. We would definitely stay there again!
The best resort. We loved it so much that we went back twice! The staff and service plus room, scenic views and facilities were amazing! We loved the overwater bungalow we stayed in as we asked to move from Lily pond room so we can be closer to the pools & beach for our son. Our 4 year old loved it!
The location was very private, peaceful and safe, and beautiful.
The staff is amazing, giving you all the info needed and always willing to help. We felt like at home.
The beautiful scenery and the ocean!!
