The ground staff were very friendly and accommodating as best as they could.
We stayed here twice during our stay in Samoa, the 1st 4 nights were satisfactory.
The last part of our stay we reduced back from 4 to 2 nights because of cleanliness of the place, the only reason we came back to the Sheraton was because of the location and we had an early flight to catch and we were close to the airport.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel was relaxing & comfortable. The fale was a great experience. It rained and we didn't get wet or any of our items. The hotel was close to the city. The pool was great to use to cool down. Our chairs outside our room.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort.
The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay.
This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. My family & I rented out Lotopa Rambler for a week and it was very much worth every penny spent. Very grateful for the host Isabella who made sure we were comfortable, she was very welcoming as her beautiful home, rooms were spacious with ac in every room, the cash power was easy to use & very convenient. We loved every minute spent in this beautiful home and we plan to go back if we ever return back to Samoa.
